As in the past, we continue to offer our information to all who wish to use it. However, due to increased costs (editing, website support, etc.) and to growing content each year, it has become necessary to request a voluntary fee of $100 USD per year to continue production. With today's demands, payment is firmly on the honor system. In return, we agree that no subscriber information will be kept, nor contacts made by us, nor renewal reminders sent. We purposely set our subscription rate below all others to encourage voluntary support. Absent voluntary and confidential support, we won't be able to sustain present activities.
